Porn Nation, Tundra and Durian
We start our next lovely update with a couple shots from around the University of Saskatchewan, both in and out of class. This is where I’ll be residing for the next couple/few years, so get used to seeing this in some updates!
Sitting in Sociology class can sometimes be entertaining, when old women aren’t bitching and complaining about the state of the world or how womens rights are being violated every time someone uses the term ‘feminist’. Give me a break…
And inside of this building (The Thorvalson Building) I enjoyed many late-night games of laser-tag thanks (in great majority) to Clayton Brauner and Jim Meier for supplying the initial amount of gear. As we continued to play night after night we soon discovered the joy of ebay and bought quite a bit!
Winter Wonderland my ass. More like frozen tundra called Saskatoon.
This is part of the Spinks building as far as I could tell, or perhaps it’s still Thorvalson. I’m not 100% sure but either way it makes a nice picture, don’t you think? Post a comment and let me know… comments are at an all-time low, at one comment every month or so, damnit!
Thanks to Kate for letting us know about this. Apparently “Porn Nation” is a Christian-funded presentation on the evils of pornography and how our society is becoming addicted to it. Interesting to say the least
Don’t tell anyone… but this is where they grow “the dope”!!!!!
Here we have a test subject John who I met just outside of the B’Ahai Studies booth in Lower Place Riel in the ‘Tunnel’. We was a great subject for us and spoke his mind about both the durian candy we fed to him as well as about his religion of Baha’i! Thanks for being such a great guy about it John!
