So the 2007 school year has finished, all classes have been passed and I am now officially 50% finished my university degree. It’s a good feeling all around knowing that I’ve made it to the summit and now enjoy the journey down. It almost feels like hitting 40, then knowing things can’t get much worse. Other than deteriorating health… and angina… and liver spots. Woo!
Since things are all finished, I decided that I’d kick things off with a big picture extravaganza along with a video of a bunch of the Japanese girls from the lates E.S.L. (English as Second Language) class at the University singing at the Christmas party! If you have any questions, post them! Heck… if you have any comments at all, POST THEM TOO! I always love reading what you people think about the website!
Are you from Japan?
Are you from Canada
Are you from ‘Other Country’? Then post and tell me where you are from, how you found this website and why you keep coming back!!!
On with the show!

A few shots I took late at night after Ckwan and I hung out, watched a flick and.. erm.. yea, that’s about it!

Classes this term were not all that entertaining, short of my Medial Sociology class which had a pretty damn good professor. Cynical, quirky, witty… yep, a good professor to have while learning about how the media skews reality.

I took a drive downtown to pick up a few Christmas gifts for people… and pulled my camera out of the glove compartment in the car, took some pictures and that was that… later that day when I arrived home to check out the pictures, I thought “Damn! It sure was foggy!” No… I’m just a bit slow… it was just the lense.

Opening night for ‘National Treasure II’…. I don’t think they hit the top ten that week.
There was a large group of Japanese students studying at the University of Saskatchewan and as a going-away ‘present’, they decided to sing a big song for everyone at the Christmas Dinner! Good job girls!
A couple of nights ago, I received a phone call from Nozomi. I received the sad news that Ai and Junya will be leaving Canada for good! So to send them off as only Canadians can, we took over the better portion of a bar’s extra room to enjoy a final night together of drinking, joking and laughing! Come back and visit us you two, anytime!

That’s enough for this update, I figure you all have earned yourself a break!
Take care everyone and Merry Christmas!
