At The Farm (Day One)

C.Kwan and I take a drive out to the farm to see if we can find any gophers.  And did we?  Nope… but we still had a lot of fun!

We decided to take a trip out to the farm to see what we could find for gophers and hopefully take a few out before they spread like wild-fire this spring, sadly it was a little too cold, however we still had some fun.

Ckwan has a problem. He can’t detect a skunks smell. Yet, for some reason, the rest of us can. So what to do? Stop beside some road-kill and force the guy to go and stand next to the dead skunk which I can smell while merely driving by! Can he smell it now? Watch and find out!

My buddy Ckwan and I took a drive to the country-side to see if we could find any gophers. Sadly it was still too cold and too early for them, but we did get to see just how flat our province of Saskatchewan really is!

Two .22′s, one 30-30, one 30-06, and one 5.56…. Yep, we are set to go!

Ckwan and I have a discussion (although it’s more-so one-sided) about the male genitals. It is not racist, and only facts are brought up in this chat. We talk about Asian, Caucasian and African-American ‘packages’ in the least gay-way as possible.

At The Farm (Day One)

With a couple of days off (ie: a weekend), I took this time to go and do some shopping with my buddy Ken. That’s not to say that I bought anything, as I have learned the fine art of window-shopping many years ago, however I still went and drooled over items that I couldn’t afford. Or rather, over items that I COULD afford if the buggers took American Express!

The candy thong for men is funny to look at, however you would have to be a pretty ‘small’ guy to have everything fit in there. Maybe if you get out of a cold bath-tub of ice-water and then jump in the snow? As for the second picture, I saw this toy at ‘Giant Tiger’ (a shop). It is apparently a multi-size marshmallow cannon which shoots both the small party-marshmallows as well as the larger full sized versions. That’s not the issue I have… the issue I have is that it is photo-shopped into the child’s hand, as if the manufacturer didn’t have one even available to send to the marketing department. I can only imagine what catastrophic events this will produce since it’s most likely not been child-tested.

At The Farm (Day One)

Over the last little while I’m sure everyone who is a frequent visitor here has seen some videos where I am driving through the city and talking.  Some people have asked me how I have kept the camera so steady and to tell the truth, no, I have not been holding the camera.  I’m not THAT steady.  So what kind of mount have I been using?  It is called the CameraPod which can apparently let you mount a light-weight camera to just about anything in any location.  From a hard surface such as a concrete wall, to a chain-link fence, and even on a tree!  How does it work?  Simple!  Take a rubber cone, add a tripod mount onto the top and fill the cone’s underside with silly-putty!  That’s it!!!  Below are a few pictures of what it looks like with my video camera mounted as well as by itself.

Also included is a shot of my new inexpensive CD player.  My old one is… well…  I’ll post that video later on so you can see what happened to it. . . .
